I had an appointment today at 1pm. They were late starting with me, which honestly is no problem, I've worked for independent doctors in the past. The problem was I needed to be somewhere at a specific time for my job. After waiting I told the front desk I probably needed to reschedule since my procedure was a root canal, and in the past that procedure takes a long time. They immediately talked to the doctor and promised I would be out on time. I trusted them, and yes, they held their promise. The doctor was very kind and efficient and even did an in house crown that was way more money than the crown I was supposed to get. They even helped with my payment when money was tight. Even though I had to wait because they were busy, they were super kind and understanding. Thank y'all. I think I found a new dentist provider!

Dr Ochoa and her team are amazing including everyone at the front desk. I got 5 new crowns - it was excellent dental work, compassionate customer service and worth every penny.

Feel like I’ve finally found a great dentist office. Dr Nancy Xu is absolutely phenomenal. I feel so well taken care of with her. I had a very traumatic experience at a previous dental office (Swish), and Dr. Xu asked me questions about it so she could know what happened and how to reassure me. I truthfully would trust her with my life and I feel so safe and well taken care of in her chair. The dental assistants I saw were equally amazing; the level of friendless/small talk/genuine connections is something I have never experienced at a dentist. Front desk staff, especially Katelyn (sorry for the spelling) is wonderful and explains benefits and coverages great, gives a full workout of prices and does not hesitate to re-work prices after deciding which procedures to get or save for later. I feel like I’ve finally found a dental office that puts the patient first and wants them to have a great experience, rather than getting them in and out of the chair and their card swiped quickly. Love this place!
