Great experience! I'm a first-time patient and was transferred to this "affiliate" practice after my former dentist no longer took my insurance plan. While sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist, I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews. I brought up my concerns with Dr. Ocho who completely alleviated my fears and mentioned that the doctor with multiple complaints was let go. It turns out that she runs the practice (even though it's a franchise) and I could tell that she takes the "business" of running her office as seriously as providing the best clinical care. She provided a very detailed exam and explanations while I learned new things about my condition that I hadn't heard previously. The dental techs were awesome as well. Professional, detailed, and providing explanations and helpful hygiene tips. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands!
